The Brookside Square Residential Community was founded back in 1970. We are a collection of 254  "Fee-Simple" Townhomes located in Hillsborough Township, New Jersey.

 

 

Fee simple ownership, as described by Wikipedia,  represents absolute ownership of real property. In Townhome terms, simply put, a Fee Simple Townhome means that the owner is responsible for the maintenance of their own home and the Homeowners Association has restrictions and requirements for that maintenance.

 

 

Our tree-lined community is bordered by U.S. Route 206 on the East, Andria Avenue on the South and West and Farm Road to the North.  Our amenities include a community clubhouse, two-pools, four-tennis courts, a basketball court and several playgrounds for children.
